1.       OPERATING HOURS AND BYE-LAWS IN EFFECT

The business hours of The Poolside Terrace shall be as follows:

2.       GUESTS

Members may invite guests to The Poolside Terrace but any guest invited shall comply with Rule 39 of the Club Rules.

3.       SPECIAL FUNCTIONS

The Management Committee reserves the right and privilege to use The Poolside Terrace for special functions organized by the Club.

4.       FOOD & BEVERAGES

A.      While operating as an extension of Mainhall

Only food and beverage items that are allowed to be served in the Mainhall may be served in and consumed in The Poolside Terrace.

B.      While operating as an extension of Badger Bar

Only food and beverage items that are allowed to be served in the Badger Bar may be served in and consumed in The Poolside Terrace.

5.       DRESS CODE

A.      While operating as an extension of Mainhall

Members and guests are expected to be smartly and appropriately attired. Swimming attire is strictly prohibited.

B.      While operating as an extension of Badger Bar

Swimming attire and school uniforms are strictly prohibited.

6.       CHILDREN

A.      While operating as an extension of Mainhall

Children are allowed in to The Poolside Terrace but must leave The Poolside Terrace by 10.00pm.

B.      While operating as an extension of Badger Bar

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in to The Poolside Terrace after 10.00pm.

7.       CONTRAVENTION OF BYE-LAWS

Any member who contravenes any of The Poolside Terrace Bye-Laws will be subject to a fine not exceeding RM50.00 and / or a warning letter and / or suspension as determined by the Committee and / or otherwise stipulated.

8.       AMENDMENTS TO BYE-LAWS

The Management Committee may from time to time, add to, alter and repeal Bye-Laws for the regulation of the affairs of the Club. Such Bye-Laws so made, added to, altered or repealed will come into operation and be binding on members after they have been posted in the Club premises for fifteen days.
