Dear Members,


Each year the demand for tables at our Reunion Dinner is overwhelming. We have implemented the following reservation process. We hope the changes will make the occasion more accessible to all members.


How to Enter: Members must fill out a Request Card and drop it in the Drop Box. The Drop Box will be open from Saturday, 16 November to Saturday, 30 November 2024, 10am. Request Cards are available from the Reception Counter.


Agreement: By submitting a Request Card, Members agree to be charged for the Reunion Dinner if selected. No refunds will be given for cancellations.


Request Limits: Each Member can request up to 2 tables (maximum of 2 tables per Club number).


Duplicate Cards: At 10am on 30 November 2024, the Management will remove any duplicate Request Cards before the draw.


The Draw: The draw will take place at 12pm on 30 November 2024 in the Eagle Arms. All cards will be drawn, and the sequence will be recorded. Tables will be allocated based on this sequence, with a waitlist created as needed.


Table Allocation: Once the Hornbill Restaurant is fully booked, the next 7 tables will be allocated in the Mainhall. Members assigned to the Mainhall can decline without being charged.


12-Seater Tables: There are limited 12-seater tables, and these will be assigned based on the draw sequence.


Seating Arrangement: The assignment of the tables and the private rooms will be at the discretion of the Management, but best effort will be made to ensure that families will be seated together.
