Furthermore, in reference to our email dated 22 June 2026 which included an additional Motion AGM/2026/05 that was submitted by Mdm. Anita Guha (G012) and Mr. Christopher Paul Saxon (S540), the Management Committee is of the view that the motion which included a provision requiring the Management Committee to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) within six months was inconsistent with the Club Rules which already provide a specific process for the requisition of an EGM.

Therefore, the Management Committee has decided that Motion AGM/2026/05 cannot properly be admitted for consideration by the members at the forthcoming AGM.
